Soft Foam offers all the benefits of our traditional HTV, but adds a unique, raised look and feel to any item it’s applied to—like graphic tees and hoodies. Its soft, velvet-like texture and dimensional effect is perfect for creating premium designs for everyday fashion, spirit wear, athletics, and more.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold inside-out using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry area around 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit with 50% relative humidity. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity. Recommended shelf life is one year.
Note: Always test cut prior to any production run. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/16" for lettering & logos.

When cutting Soft Foam, we recommend that you extend your blade more than usual to slightly more than the thickness of a credit card. Remember to re-set your blade to normal exposure after cutting this material.
