Shipping policy

We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours. Monday through Friday. If you order after business hours your order will be processed the next business day. In the event that your product is on back order we will contact you and advise you of the item selling out. We will then give you your shipping options for your order. In some cases we will split the shipment. In others we will wait until the products is received from our supplier. 

In the continental United States all orders of 70.00 or more will have free shipping and all orders under 70.00 will have incremental shipping based on the amount purchased. 
UPS, Fed Ex or FedEx surepost will be used by SoTilted LLC as an alternative to USPS when pricing is equivalent or better for the same or better service time.
In Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional shipping surcharge of 9.99 will be added to every order no matter the amount.

The "conditions" column is  how much your order should be to receive the shipping cost in the "price" column

We have a responsibility to get your order packaged correctly and to the courier. In very rare cases the USPS may mis-deliver or lose your package. SoTilted LLC and platinumcraftvinyl.com cannot be held responsible for this instances. If your package is showing as delivered please contact your local USPS and they can track the item to see when and where it was delivered. In many cases they utilize a GPS signal that can locate it and they will go get it and redeliver it if it was in fact to the wrong address. 

Unfortunately theft of packages once delivered  are not covered under USPS insurance for replacement. Theft should  be reported to your local law enforcement  agency. 

Should you require an insured and guaranteed mode of shipping ( including signature  required) please choose that from the options at checkout. , or contact our office for assistance. Priority mail is NOT guaranteed and in rare cases can take up to 15 days to deliver.

For orders that you would like to pick up at our facility please Select "Will Call" at checkout and we will send you a message once your order is ready for pick up.
