Platinum Sign Supply is a leading supplier of HEXIS vinyl, for the sign, car, and advertising markets. We pride ourselves on our customer service and caring about getting our customers what they need. We are located in Corona, CA. We are looking for a Part Time customer service individual that can multi task and wear a couple of different hats, and wear them well!

We sell vinyl and while I would love to have someone who has been in the sign and graphics industry, a person with the right qualities is more important to me. We can train you on product but it is a bit harder to change a personality. If you or someone you know is upbeat, has a great attitude, willing to learn and has great work ethics. I would love to meet them. The position is offered is currently part time with about 25 hours per week. It can work into a full time position if desired and as business increases.

This is a forward facing position with direct contact with all walk in clients as well as those on the phone. Business casual attire is expected. Reliable transportation is a must.

Duties include but not limited to:

Building new and existing customer relationships for Sign Supplies and Equipment

Answering phones in a timely manner

Checking out Craft Customers

Taking customer orders

Product knowledge

Offering alternatives for different product applications

Teamwork within office and warehouse

Contacting customers about product

Customer follow up

Equipment training on items we sell

Tracking packages and finding resolution to shipping issues

Sending out marketing information

Attending trade shows

Experience in the industry is a plus

Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus

Light cleaning and office upkeep

Organizing items where needed

Brainstorming new ideas for Sign Supply or Craft

Position is Part Time 16.00+ per hour (hourly is based on experience). Hours are M-F 12 PM to 5 PM with occasional extended hours (advance notice given).
